- MTMichael TrollanFeb 3, 20181.0Horrific. We asked directly and honestly if we could get packages delivered, and were assured that with the "real street address" solution we'd be able to. Instead, we started seeing our package tracking numbers say the shipments were refused, then when we came in to pick up the five packages that did get accepted, the older woman at the counter refused to hand them to us and instead opted to have them all returned to sender because they didn't follow this or that technicality (this one needs two labels, that one came from UPS, this one won't scan, that one isn't "machinable", etc). This has cost us weeks worth of lost time on the project and a ton of hassle.
