- MRMila Rose2 days ago1.0One of your weird, unprofessional, passive-aggressive employees wrote on 3 pieces of my mail, saying in bold letters, "IS THIS APT VAVANT ?! PUT NAME IN BOX. We recently moved here, not too long ago, and we are still updating things. If you have mail to deliver to any address, mind your business and DO YOUR JOB AND PUT IT IN THE BOX, AND DON'T WRITE ON MY MAIL! The next time USPS writes on my mail, I will visit the office to resolve this issue personally.

I then decided to travel to the location in Queens Village for a walk-in, but was turned away by the staff. I tried my luck once more by driving to this location, and this time the lady was very helpful. Both staff members I interacted with-a gentleman whose name I believe started with an "A," and a lady whose name I did not get—were the nicest workers I've seen in a while. I was in there for less than 15 minutes with no appointment. Overall, the best Post Office in the city. And they're doing everything right.
