- SVSaul VMay 28, 20265.0After having an appointment scheduled in the city, I received a call notifying me that the appointment was cancelled. I then decided to travel to the location in Queens Village for a walk-in, but was turned away by the staff. I tried my luck once more by driving to this location, and this time the lady was very helpful. Both staff members I interacted with-a gentleman whose name I believe started with an "A," and a lady whose name I did not get—were the nicest workers I've seen in a while. I was in there for less than 15 minutes with no appointment. Overall, the best Post Office in the city. And they're doing everything right.

I chose differently today and decided to go to this branch on Austin street. They had enough people behind the counter and my agent was a superstar. He helped me find the best price for shipping my package, helped me choose the right box and he made sure I didn't have to wait in line a second time! This is now my new post office!
