I went to the vestal and JC USPS one day a part because I had to find a paper to add to my federal tax mailings, I mailed state at one and federal at other and two weeks later tracking showed they did not leave both local USPS. I had to copy and mail my taxes again at a different postal provider because JC and vestal do bad business at random and play too many games. My ID info was in those mailings too. They can not be trusted.
