- JBJulissa BaretAug 3, 20261.0I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the customer service I received at this Postal Service location. Unfortunately, the level of customer service at this office is consistently poor. The staff are often discourteous, unprofessional, and show very little willingness to assist customers in a respectful manner. In particular, I would like to express my concern about the male employee who works at this location. I had a very unpleasant experience with him. I was standing in line, and I was the next customer to be served. Without any explanation or acknowledgment, he simply got up and walked away from his station, leaving me waiting. His attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, making me feel as though customers were an inconvenience rather than people paying for services. Customer service employees should treat every person with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, this employee failed to meet those basic standards. My concern is not limited to this one employee. In general, the overall attitude of the staff at this office is unwelcoming and unprofessional. Their lack of customer service reflects poorly on the Postal Service. I respectfully request that this complaint be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken to improve the quality of service at this location. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism.
