- DDDeoSep 12, 20265.0I’ve been to this location several times and have never had a bad experience. I even renewed my passport here, and the process went smoothly. One of the biggest advantages of this location is that it seems to be less crowded than many other post offices, which makes getting things done much easier. I’ve also noticed that packages I drop off here seem to move through the system pretty quickly. I’m not sure if being so close to JFK Airport plays a role, but my experience with package processing has been consistently good. The main area that could use improvement is the building itself. It’s definitely an older facility, and the customer areas could benefit from some renovations and modernization. From mailing packages to renewing my passport, I haven’t had any issues here and would definitely use this post office again.

- FFFaeraiApr 8, 20261.0They've been holding my package I sent my friend hostage. I'm from Canada trying to send him a personal package but it's been stuck since Feb 4th 2026. They wont let Canada post do an investigation, they won't give me or my friend any info on where it is. They said due to Canada post strike they can't now give info to the package. Last time I checked, this is America NOT Canada. You can give us the info. Trash. Never sending anywhere in the USA again!
