- JJJeremiahAug 27, 20263.0I've been living around here for 4 years now. This specific location has very weird hours and are unstaffed. However, I haven't had any issues with the employees there. I get my business taken care and leave. I prefer the one on Main St in Kew Gardens Hills. They have more staff, better hours (open Saturdays), and convenience. It's just a little futher than this one is to me.
- VSVanessa SinghAug 21, 20261.0Very Disappointing Customer Service Unfortunately, I have to leave this review because the customer service from one of the employees has been consistently rude and unpleasant. Every time my husband goes in to drop off a package, he has the same experience with this particular lady. She is always rude, has an attitude, and makes what should be a simple interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable. I completely understand that working with customers can be stressful, but there is still a certain level of professionalism and respect that should be shown. We’re not asking for anything special—just basic courtesy and respectful customer service. I really hope management addresses this because customers should not have to feel uncomfortable every time they come in to use the post office. Hopefully, this can be improved moving forward.
