- ALApril L4 days ago1.0Deserves 0 stars. Horrible people, don’t even try calling. I have a package here for well over a month, and the guy who answered could not have cared less. I have called many times, and they still do nothing except they keep filling service requests, acting like they did something but repeatedly nothing happens, If your package comes here, good luck. I have no insurance on this so I’m about to lose $350! They won’t even refund for the shipping that they did not provide! This is not my first time losing packages with usps.

This one star is specifically for one postal worker Name Syed he is very racist and very rude and very disrespectful to people from the community that goes in there for service he speaks to people in a very nasty manner he is only polite to people of his own culture how many times I've watched him when I've had to get service and he is the same way continuously and it needs to end today we are in 2026 and people should be nice especially if there coming for information. Especially because he behind a glass window it gives him more authority to be rude and nasty.USPS please 🙏 help the community and find us a person that wants to help. From all of 164th Street neighbors.

- ABAndres BecerraJul 31, 20261.0Poor staff I took my baby for passport photo and they used cardboard like pizza and put my baby on the floor for the picture and the person didn’t know even how to take the picture. My baby look so terrible in the picture and I paid 15 for that.
