I’m not one to write bad reviews for no reason the way some people do just to lie or complain about the slightest thing. So this review here is coming from the very depths of my soul. Once the owner reads this she’ll know exactly who I am.
I did EVERYTHING Odessa asked me to do in order to set up my Anytime Mailbox with this store. I explained the issues with me not being able to complete the verification process online with the USPS form due to a change in my identity. Odessa, the owner, assured me last week that since I couldn’t get to the store location, that I could get the form notarized closer to my home to make things easier for me at this difficult time. We were doing things in a “workaround” manner. I thought she understood when I explained that I was in a position I didn’t ask to be in- having to choose another mailbox due to my last location ending their contract.
I expressed that I was extremely stressed from going through the process among other things I have going on currently. I made it clear to her my frustration was NOT DIRECTED TOWARDS HER, but rather having to go through the choosing a new location process again for the third time. She pretended to empathize with me. I was calmer during my next conversation with her trying to resolve the matter and even SHE acknowledged that! An Anytime Mailbox representative called her directly yesterday to try to settle some miscommunication between her and them concerning my documents. That was another layer to this issue that added difficulty to this process.
Odessa claimed the forms Anytime Mailbox uploaded were not clear. So I went ahead to redo them, made them clear, and uploaded them myself. She rejected them again when my version of the uploads were definitely clear!!! I can’t help it if they were somehow unclear on HER side. But do you think she offered a workaround like sending them in another way? No! That would require customer service- which she lacks! I had to make more than a few calls throughout this process to her and Anytime Mailbox. This took a lot of time and energy I don’t have. It’s negatively impacted my mental health. I broke down on the phone yesterday talking to Anytime Mailbox who actually showed compassion! This world is difficult enough. It doesn’t take much to just have compassion for others and work together because we are all going through something.
I called Odessa back today to find out why my clear copy was rejected this morning again and guess what- she had the audacity to screen and BLOCK my business number!!! So I CALMLY AND POLITELY called from my personal number and she acted like she was the one inconvenienced when I am the customer having to be put through hoops to get a service done! She was dismissive in tone, impatient, and didn’t give the level of customer service an owner should give to a potential customer. She claimed she would call me back after her customer in front of her when she previously said she thinks me and Anytime Mailbox “isn’t a good fit” for her precious store. Clearly, she purposely rejected my form as an excuse not to assign my mailbox! She only said that to get me off the phone and rudely hung up the line as if I called in being rude to her!
This exchange deserves to be publicly addressed so others can know how awful your “customer service” is regardless of what others have said previously. Customers, don’t let any past testimonials fool you!
Odessa I hope you have the day you truly deserve for mishandling me the way you did! I’ll find another better location than yours that actually knows how to treat people!

If it was possible to give 10 stars I would. The store owner odessa is not only the sweetest person you can ever meet but she is the best at her job.She goes beyond to make your printing experience the best and fast. I came with my menu draft for my family bussiness restaurant and she brought my ideas to life and what can I say about the picture quality it was like looking straight into the computer screen 10/10. She was so patient and helped me into making my menu look more detailed and perfect. Thank you odessa for your patience and for printing them out so quickly but at the same time making them perfect. If you need bounded documents or even a menu or just a quality printed paper she is your go to person. You will not regret it. ♡
