    Thank you for your help today Shamsun N. After calling your branch this morning, I also got my DHL receipt by email from another customer representative at this new branch today, thanks very much(your printer wasn’t working yesterday) minus only 1 star ⭐ Could you please get more chairs for customers to sit at the front door area? Perhaps provide more print-out of those small shipping white forms customers need to fill out for sending their shipments/items. We are happy to have your authorised DHL new location opened here in Jamaica, Queens. Keep up the great work.

    Customer service was great. But the location had no Air conditioning and the doors were closed after you entered. Need to be fixed
