  My Priority Mail Express letter was marked “Returned to Sender – Insufficient Address” in Junction City, KS. The apartment number, Apt 5, was written on the envelope inside, but the person who prepared the outer address accidentally left out the apartment number. I did not notice the missing apartment number at the time because I had provided the full address on the envelope. I would like USPS to please review this situation and, if possible, hold the item at the Junction City Post Office or deliver it to the correct address instead of returning it to me.

  There's theft going on. I only write one check a month out to my antiquated co-op that refuses to engage in online banking. I drop the check in the physical slot. Now I have to close my account and set up all my other autopay accounts because of "check theft," according to my bank

  I went to the self service kiosk but only one machine works. I stood in line to use the kiosk but my box didn’t fit in the bin. There was no place to put the box so I was standing near a window to hand over the box. Then this guy yells at me aggressively that they were all here waiting too and that “I gotta stand in line.” I tell him I already paid, he said me too. He then keeps yelling “we are the same”. Then I say but my box just doesn’t fit in the bin. He keeps yelling “yea ours doesn’t fit too” and again “ we are the same”. I look at their small box that can easily fit in the bin. Then he goes to the window and the clerk scans his box and gives him a receipt. I realize he has been lying and he hasn’t used the self service portion yet. Then when I go to talk to the clerk, she keeps yelling “you gotta stand in line”. I kept trying to tell her that my box was already scanned and it didn’t fit in the bin. She kept yelling very aggressively “you gotta stand in line”. Do post office employees take their orders from loud, aggressive customers or do they not follow their own rules set by USPS? I already stood in line for the self service kiosk. Why do I now have to stand in a different line for the window? The self service kiosk was made just so that the long lines for the windows are smaller. Also I don’t need the services of the clerk at the window. I just need a place to drop off a box for the USPS. Secondly, does this employee think it is open season to aggressively yell at customers without knowing what is happening? Maybe USPS employees should look at their own rules before attacking innocent people
