- ASAngelique StarkeMay 1, 20261.0I had the worst experience at this post office. The woman that I spoke with at the 3rd or 4th window was extremely rude. Instead of explaining the process of shipping my passport renewal application (my first time doing it this way), she yelled at me and told me that I “don’t understand anything”. Absolutely no one should be treated how I was. If you don’t know how to treat people, do NOT work in customer service! I chose not to engage any further with her & just let her know that she’s rude in which her response was “ok”. Additionally, the line took forever to get through and there were maybe 6 people in front of me both times I joined the line. Thankfully, a young woman was patient and helpful by walking me through the process. Another woman came to check on me after the ordeal. I will never come back to this location.

I went to return something. i have previously returned things and placed money orders here so I know how the system works. The girl Rashida placed the QR on the wrong bag and when I pointed it out she refused to fix HER error. I was accompanied by my friend we are both medical professionals and the girl proceeded to say “you young stupid people dont know anything” I was taken aback by her behavior and attitude. As she also was very rude to an elderly senior previous before while I waited on line. Clearly she doesn’t know how to work with people and should be fired from her place for her disgusting behavior. As medical professionals you learn to deal with people and patience, something she lacks and funny of her to assume of us as “young and stupid”I asked to speak to her supervisor Biswas but he wasnt there at the time. Lack of management supervision aswell.
