  I give 2 stars because the clerk actually answered my question. But the clerk was on his phone laughing with earbuds in. I get that the clerks are young, but where is the work ethic? the professionalism? How has UPS sunk this low. A kid on his phone sharing texts, with earbuds in laughing on a private conversation, while attending customers is the face of UPS?

  I’ve tried several times to get in and the line is always astronomically long. Plus, the other day I waited on line for ten minutes and was then told the system was down.It’s easier for me to take my packages elsewhere.

  The problem is there is a huge glut of customers at the end of the day, and the employees cut you off even if you arrive more than half an hour before closing time. I understand that it might be difficult if I arrive at 6:55 PM for a 7 PM close time, but I arrived at 6:23 PM, there was a long line and I got into the store at 6:55 PM. I was turned away, which is very inconvenient. At minimum they should have a number system or something because it wasted my time, and people are getting off work, trying to get those packages mailed.

  I used the luggage drop off storage service. It was a very smooth process and the staff was realy friendly. Please note that the store closes at 7pm when picking up. The store is small and cluttered, but the proprietors appear to have a method to madness.
