I specifically asked if I needed an appointment, and was told no, walk ins fine, Monday to Friday, 10 to 3. I went on Wednesday at 1:30, sorry, main person was on vacation and alternate only worked until 1:00. Asked about Thursday, that would be fine, suggested be there before 12:30. I went Thursday at 11:45..."oh, sorry, we forgot, today's her day off!" Went back today at 9:45, and was asked if I had an appointment! Poor gal had back to back appointments scheduled starting at 10, but she did take me and was very nice, and I did get it done. I think she was more annoyed at others for telling me I didn't need an appointment, and I would gladly have made one if I'd been told differently. So 5 stars for her and 1 star for everyone else, averages out to 3 stars!

- GSgothanoria sabberhaggenDec 19, 20251.0I needed to get new keys for my mail box and they told me it be ready by Thursday at the latest and now it’s Friday a week after I requested and paid for new keys and i went up today to see if there’s any updates and they yelled at me about having to wait for a phone call first I went up yesterday as well and I told them I have to get into my mailbox to get my id because I needed it for going out of town tomorrow and it’s an emergency and they just yelled at me for wanting to get my id from my mailbox how hard is it to get a copy of the keys to my mailbox so I can get my id?
