- VHVinnie Huang3 days ago1.0The two workers were incredibly rude. I was in a rush to deliver my stuff because UPS failed to pick up my package before my bus home after I contacted them twice. I had to drop off my shipment at this UPS store the day of my bus, and despite knowing that I have to board a bus in two hours, the workers demanded me to make a shipping label in person when I already made one online. They even added few inches to my box size and ended up charging me three times the amount I paid online. Never go to this UPS store if you can and stay as far away as possible. Those two workers are far from considerate, and they will scam you in every way possible.

For one they said the box was too small to label and for the other they said they would need to charge a repacking fee to put a piece of tape on. Took both packages to a different UPS and they were accepted without issue. Beyond this particular instance, the service here is generally slow and the space where the inevitable line forms is cramped with packages waiting to be loaded into the truck.

I had to leave after awhile to make it to work, and I’ll be carrying this package around all day since I couldn’t get it shipped out. So unprofessional and disrespectful to your customers’ time. Very disappointed and I likely won’t be returning to this location given how unreliable it is.
