- CScaitlin spryMay 31, 20251.0I'm tired of having to call and get a new card just because I simply need a refund, and then that refund can take months for me to receive. Like why are you just allowing my card to be used for anything, especially if I don't have enough in my account? And then even though I call for it to be canceled, my money to be refunded, they say nothing can be done then the next day they give me some bs charge and steal more of my money that I don't have.

We have needed them for savings for the kids, our personal account and when we suddenly lost multiple family members they were right there with assistance with Estate management. For every financial need life has thrown at us Chemung Canal has been there to help! With the familiarity of a small town bank and the knowledge and experience of larger firms Chemung Canal brings the best of both worlds to its customers. We Could not ask for a better bank!!
