This is specific to the passport office and this might be exactly what the woman wants but do not go there! Today, May 8th, was my third visit to this location and the woman is completely providing misinformation which has delayed our passport process for weeks. We are re-newing our daughter’s passport and provided our own US passports to validate we are her parents and she indicated that the preferred document was a state issued id with our addresses. I questioned why would a state issued id have more weight than a federal document and she indicated this is how she has been trained. I called the Department of State, reviewed the requirements on the State Deoartments website and confirmed with another USPS that she is incorrect and that this is false information! I see that most of the complaints here are precisely on the passport services, particularly the woman attendant who is described as rude, which wouldn’t describe her as rude just not friendly but I do t need anyone’s friendliness or smiles , just do your job right and have correct information. She is the first line in order to get a very important t document done and she is just completely
Misinformed. Go elsewhere so you don’t have to end up paying an expedited fee like I had to cuz we wasted so much time because of her.
