- MLMFG LLCJun 14, 20261.0I am very disappointed with my experience at this Post Office in New York State. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional, and they made the process unnecessarily difficult instead of offering help or clear guidance. The management was also very unprofessional and unhelpful. Rather than addressing concerns or improving the situation, they were dismissive and did not take responsibility for the poor service. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor, and the environment was frustrating and unwelcoming. This location does not meet basic standards of professionalism or respect. I would not recommend it, and I hope serious improvements are made.
