- ABAhsan Beshal.6 days ago1.0Out of the past 18 years being in hudson, i don’t remember once receiving good service from this branch. I had some packages to ship out and the guy behind the desk with glasses named ‘John’ i tell him i have a usps broker code from my email and the guy goes “what?!?” and then he corrects me saying it’s called “QR CODE!” it clearly states as “usps broker code” on my email. Then the guy rejects all my packages because they are not in a box and points me to buy their boxes and after looking through their expensive boxes, they don’t have the correct size, they reject all of my packages. I end up looking for correct sizes boxes from walmart to staples to ups, every box is like $10 - $15 then finally decided to check lowes and end up finding boxes for $2.58 each. Then the next day instead of going to the Hudson branch, i go to the Stottville branch and they take everything no questions asked even the packages without boxes. So they had me running around and stressed out for absolutely no reason. Totally unprofessional, if there was a supervisor, i would report all of them to be retrained and not to reject packages just so they could sell me their own boxes.

I waited a week to go in for them to tell me they don’t do passport service. The woman told me to go down to the DMV, I Asked her if they provide money orders and she was sure they did and they to my surprise they don’t. so I did a lot of running around for nothing just wasted my time.
