- PLPat LawrenceSep 1, 20265.0Extremely kind and helpful staff. The building is beautiful outside and inside. Please note that this isn't a "hub" Post Office, so for some things like passports you will need to go to Glens Falls or another location.

- SLSean J. LauSep 30, 20192.0Not everyone there is bad, but it’s very inefficient and not the most reliable service. There aren’t very many supplies there so make sure you have your own and make sure they’re the right kind or they’ll tell you to go repackage it at home so you can come back to wait in line again. Also important to note that they won’t direct you to what kind of materials are recommended either, and like I said they don’t stock anything useful there unless you’re mailing a letter or very small package. Glens Falls is far more helpful overall
