Brittany was very knowledgeable and processed the paperwork quickly. She even recommended and took a new picture of my child since the one I had done at Walgreens did not meet regulation. It is rare to encounter someone who knows their job and is happy to do it. 10/10, highly recommend!

We had scheduled the appointment for 1pm and the actual location says closed at that time for lunch. The girl saw it wasn't our fault or hers but she help us with the process and even took the time to retake our baby's picture. We greatly appreciate it.
