- KRKevin Ryan5 days ago1.0Wish I had read the reviews before making a passport appointment here and pulling my kids out of daycare under the assumption that they would honor it. And I’m very confused as to why the guy working here just now was wearing USPS uniform when he is actually a clown. As soon as we walked in the door he said “I know you’re here for the passport. We can’t do that here.” We asked what he meant and he said the person who does that hasn’t worked there in “years,” which he then corrected to “weeks,” but based on the reviews it’s been much closer to “years.” We asked why we were even allowed to make the appointment online, and he said he has no control over that. We asked why he didn’t call us to tell us not to come for the appointment, and he said he would’ve called if he had our number. My brother, you have my wife’s phone number, name, address, SS #, and eye color on the application we sent you. Because of this place, we will now have to scramble to find an appointment somewhere else ahead of our trip in a few months, and miss yet another day of school and work. I’m not a religious person, but I now believe God stays in heaven so he doesn’t have to step foot in this post office. Tax dollars at work baby!

We take time off and re-range our schedule to get things done and they don’t give any head-up. And from the other reviews, I see this is not an isolated case. I don’t know why this location is still allowed to provide passport appointments if they are unable to commit. Shame on them!!
