- INIvette NilesMay 23, 20261.0Just moved to the neighborhood. This is very alarming. Came in to open a P.O. Box. Was told yesterday the person who handles the P.O. Box application will be available in 30 minutes. I waited and finally turn in my application and documents required. Everything was entered and and my payment was collected. Then the person came back stating the P.O. Box belong to another person who has not returned they mailbox key. Of course in my mind I’m thinking how can you complete a transaction without the box being cleared for purchase. Not only did I come in a half hour early but had to stay for another hour. While watching people who had passports appointments being turned away. Disturbing and Disheartening all at the same time. This is a small post office that is under staff and needs a lot of help. I wish I had checked the reviews before spending Close to 2 hours waiting for a refund. SMH
