  Just moved to the neighborhood. This is very alarming. Came in to open a P.O. Box. Was told yesterday the person who handles the P.O. Box application will be available in 30 minutes. I waited and finally turn in my application and documents required. Everything was entered and and my payment was collected. Then the person came back stating the P.O. Box belong to another person who has not returned they mailbox key. Of course in my mind I’m thinking how can you complete a transaction without the box being cleared for purchase. Not only did I come in a half hour early but had to stay for another hour. While watching people who had passports appointments being turned away. Disturbing and Disheartening all at the same time. This is a small post office that is under staff and needs a lot of help. I wish I had checked the reviews before spending Close to 2 hours waiting for a refund. SMH

  Wish I had read the reviews before making a passport appointment here and pulling my kids out of daycare under the assumption that they would honor it. And I’m very confused as to why the guy working here just now was wearing USPS uniform when he is actually a clown. As soon as we walked in the door he said “I know you’re here for the passport. We can’t do that here.” We asked what he meant and he said the person who does that hasn’t worked there in “years,” which he then corrected to “weeks,” but based on the reviews it’s been much closer to “years.” We asked why we were even allowed to make the appointment online, and he said he has no control over that. We asked why he didn’t call us to tell us not to come for the appointment, and he said he would’ve called if he had our number. My brother, you have my wife’s phone number, name, address, SS #, and eye color on the application we sent you. Because of this place, we will now have to scramble to find an appointment somewhere else ahead of our trip in a few months, and miss yet another day of school and work. I’m not a religious person, but I now believe God stays in heaven so he doesn’t have to step foot in this post office. Tax dollars at work baby!

  They let you schedule an appointment for a passport and when you walk in “they are not doing passports for the entire month”

  This place sucks!! We had an appointment scheduled for passport and they said they didn’t have the person on-site that does that. I got very pissed! We take time off and re-range our schedule to get things done and they don’t give any head-up. And from the other reviews, I see this is not an isolated case. I don’t know why this location is still allowed to provide passport appointments if they are unable to commit. Shame on them!!
