  I stopped by the UPS store to return some items to Amazon. There was a gentleman being helped in front of me at the counter by UPS employee, Kurt ( found out his name later). I was so pleased to hear a pleasant conversation between 2 people, the time Kurt took to make sure the gentleman had signed the papers in the correct places, and just the periodic chuckles -and respect they had for each other. I mentioned to them both how nice it was to hear 2 people interacting in this manner and we all agreed how important that was in life. Kurt was the same way with me. I could sense it was in his nature. I thought to myself, " We need more of this in the world." Thanx Kurt for your positive energy, your professionalism, and knowing your job!😄

  I visited this location with multiple returns and even one that was selected as UPS, but marked as USPS on the label. Kurt assisted me through each return with patience, courtesy and outstanding service. I truly appreciate his professionalism and has given me enough of a good impression to return to this location for any assistance in the future.

  This place is always super crowded. Only two employees working behind the desk and the auto scanner / self-serve scanner isn’t ever working it only accepts prepaid labels. They are constantly renovating constantly slow and constantly behind. I dread going here because you have a very long wait.

  I’ve been going to this UPS store for a few years now, and none of my experiences have been bad until today (October 2nd 2026). I went in to return a MACY’S Order. Now, mind you, I’ve returned Macy’s/Amazon/retail merchandise in the past and I always had good experiences because there was either a QR CODE or a PREPAID shipping label from the STORE or company. Today, I went in the pouring rain to drop off a PACKAGED and PREPAID return for a pair of pants. Upon meeting with an employee, I was told that I had to PACKAGE the ITEM again in Macys packaging (I used an unbranded plastic bag), but upon finding out about their SUPPOSED NEW POLICIES?!? I was forced to pay $5.43 (including tax) for them to package the item. Again, MIND YOU, THE PACKAGE THEY USED WAS LITERALLY A GRAY PLASTIC BAG!!! I had to pay almost 6 DOLLARS just for A PAIR OF PANTS TO BE “PROPERLY” packaged for a return EVEN THOUGH I HAD A QR CODE — AND — ACCORDING TO MACY’S PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS, I WAS IN THE RIGHT! I guess this is their NEW POLICY?!?!?!??? Come on now…
