Then say I need to come in and sign for it. BUT THEY ARE NEVER OPEN!! Door is open and unlocked. But NO ONE IS THERE!! THIS IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!!!

Honestly, every time we go in there we are made to feel like we are stupid and don't know what we are talking about.
