- LBLisette Barrera1 day ago1.0Nice but don't know what they're talking about. Was sending out a return package so they scanned the box but told me the truck driver would not take it the way it was packaged. Okay my fault but they said they were able to void the scan and i could come back. So i repackaged my box and brought it back ... only for them to tell me the scan could not be accepted! When I asked why I was told I could come back with the same QR code they said "I guess we can't do that anymore" Now they want me to get a new code and return with my package for the THIRD time. Just a ridiculous amount of time wasted.

On the day set for delivery, looked up the tracking number and was informed the package would not arrive until the following day. I had spent 54 dollars for guarenteed delievery when it would have cost significantly less without. The UPS website read that all guarenteed delivery was canceled with no other information.
- JJJSep 3, 20261.0This store is supposed to close at 7:00PM. Multiple times, including tonight, I have rushed here after work to drop off a return (which takes 15 seconds) and they already had the doors locked before 7:00PM. If you’re going to lock the doors and close down before 7:00PM, change your hours. One time I asked to have a label printed here and they wanted over $5 to print 1 black and white sheet, so I left. That is outrageous.
