    I CAME IN TO RESOLVE A SHIPPING ISSUE. THE OWNER THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE. THE STAFF DESERVES BETTER LEADERSHIP. CUSTOMERS DESERVE BETTER TREATMENT. The owner of this location is APPALLING. I called this UPS Store on July 7 before arriving and asked when the last UPS truck pickup was. I was told between 6:00 and 6:30 p.m. I arrived at 5:25 p.m. and confirmed that my package would still go out that evening with the staff. I was told yes. My packaged needed to be delivered to Maryland by Thursday. After entering the information, the employee told me that Ground would actually arrive the next day, July 8. I was surprised and specifically asked, “Really? Tomorrow? Are you sure?” He reaffirmed that it would because it was “only going to Maryland” Based on his guidance and confirmed assurance, I followed his recommendation and paid $34.88, including insurance. That evening, there was no tracking movement. By the next morning, there were still no scans. I called UPS directly and was told the package had not been picked up and was apparently still at the store. I immediately called the store, explained what happened, and asked for a manager to call me. No one called. Because the package was time sensitive, I went to the store to confirm it was there and understand my options for getting it delivered by Thursday. The employee was very nice and brought it out and immediately ripped the label off and said no refunds before I spoke to the manager or understood options to get it there. He then called the owner and handed me the phone. This is where a simple, fixable shipping issue turned into the most combative experience From jump, the owner was abrupt, defensive, arrogant, and incredibly rude. Rather than acknowledge that his employee had specifically guided me toward Ground service and assured me of next-day delivery, he lectured me about how Ground is not guaranteed and blamed me for not reading the fine print and went on about UPS scanning procedures. Zero accountability. He completely missed the point. I understand Ground is not guaranteed. The issue is that his employee recommended it, told me it would arrive the next day, and reaffirmed that when I specifically questioned him. Instead of simply saying, “I’m sorry you were given that information. I’ll address it with my staff and help find a resolution,” the owner repeatedly talked over me and refused to take any accountability. When I suggested this should be treated as a training opportunity rather than an opportunity to blame the customer, he rudely called me “entitled.” He then repeatedly ordered me to get out of the store and threatened to call the police. Then, in a mocking and dismissive tone, he said he would refund my “$12” while continuing to bark at me to “get out of the store,” as though the amount I paid was insignificant and my concern was beneath him. I calmly corrected him: my refund was $34.88, not $12, and I was not leaving until the refund had actually been processed. He continued shouting at me to get out and threatening to call the police. I maintained my composure throughout the interaction. His behavior was combative, mocking, and preposterous. I was not refusing to leave after receiving my refund. I was simply refusing to leave without the money I was owed actually being returned to me.The gentleman working in the store who was far more professional and courteous than the owner processed my refund, and I left. I want to be very clear the employees I have dealt with at this location have always been pleasant and professional. This review is specifically about the owner’s behavior. A simple apology, acknowledgment that an employee needed additional training, and an effort to find a resolution could have ended this situation in minutes. Instead, the owner chose to blame me, talk over me, call me entitled, mock me, order me out, and threaten to call the police. I will never do business at this location again. Based on my experience, the employees showed far more professionalism and basic customer-service skills than the person who owns the store.

    Charged $5 just to print a shipping label, while most stores don’t charge at all for that service. Even when stores do charge for printing, it’s usually around $0.25 to $1 for a single page. Felt unnecessarily expensive for such a basic print.

    Terrible business!! Was not able to do shipments told computer is off line!! No excuse then you close your doors as cannot conduct business. Also got attitude from UPS clerk.
