So rude, unreasonable, and an all around hassle to deal with. No wonder why USPS is losing so much business. My package was delivered at 9:30AM Friday. I went to pick it up 11:30 AM Saturday and they refused to give it to me because they had not sorted it yet. I asked if I could just give my name and the woman said “ No, you should’ve put your PO Box number” in an extremely rude tone. It’s not always clear whether an online order will arrive at the post office, and I’m not going to use my PO Box for every order when the post office already has impossible hours for working families. This entire process and their staff need to be re-evaluated. It’s absolutely unacceptable for the taxes we pay. **Update** I did end up receiving my package later that day, but not from the post office. It had been given to someone else by mistake, and they were kind enough to get it to me. My concern is that I was told the package couldn’t be found, even though USPS tracking showed it was available for pickup, and then it was released to the wrong person shortly after. The interaction was also unnecessarily rude when I was simply trying to pick up a package that was marked available. I hope this office improves both its customer service and its process for verifying the correct recipient before releasing packages.

The female worker today on 5/26/2026 had the worst attitude, air pods in her ears and couldn't be bothered that 4 people were waiting in line. She was rolling her eyes just because we asked for assistance. She chose that job if she doesn't like working there maybe it's time to move on.

We pay so much to live in this town just for the post office not do their job. There is no reason why I should be receiving my mail a month late. The manger is rude and honestly doesn’t do his job correctly. I don’t receive my mail on time but I receive random people’s mail in my P.O. Box everyday. It’s ridiculous that the post office doesn’t want to take responsibility for not being efficient and effective when it comes to other peoples mail. By the way, shoving packages into P.O. boxes that barely fit is just rude and damages the items inside so maybe be a little more considerate and don’t do that.
