- FSFrancesca stachJan 2, 20181.0Unacceptable. Over the years I have had numerous packages go missing. I track the package and although it was scanned as delivered, it is no where to be found. Every time I have had to call to see what’s going on, and they give me some lame response like “well It says it was delivered”- argueing with me as if the package was stolen or I am making the story up or something. This is now the 4th or 5th time , and though the lady I spoke with on the phone was very kind, I am leaving this review finally because It has been a long time coming. I NEVER have this issue with UPS or Fedex. I’m not sure what the issue is, but It should really be addressed . Mistakes happen, but it’s clear that this is due to carelessness.
