- SWSabrina Waheed6 days ago1.0The employees at the Hicksville U.S. Post Office are some of the rudest, most unprofessional, and miserable people I have ever encountered in customer service. They showed absolutely no willingness to help and treated customers as though they were an inconvenience rather than people they are supposed to serve. It is truly sad and disappointing that this is the level of customer service representing our U.S. Postal Service.
