Me sorprendió saber que atienden hasta las 9 de la noche, la atención bastante bien y pude solucionar mi cambio de domicilio.

Waited 50 minutes to try and get a package shipped. Left with the same package in my hands. Do not waste your time here. Go to a Bethpage or Jericho, they're more efficient and willing to assist.

probably the worst counter clerk i’ve ever met. Rude bigger heavy set old lady, she says i need my old passport for a renewal, i respond with “i’m not sure where it is it might’ve been tossed away, i was 2 so it’s been a while” and she responds with “i’ve never heard anyone throw away their old passport, that’s so stupid”… excuse me?? she walks away, comes back and says “so what’s the verdict”… i responded explaining the old passport was 15+ years old and im not sure where it was, and she tried saying i mentioned having 2 passports and she didn’t know what i was talking about. She says i need to make a appointment, and i ask a simple question of asking if i need to be present because im going away and she responds so rudely saying “what are you talking about, you need to be here” . i was over her rude attitude so i ask for her name and she says “what does my name have to do with what im doing for you?”… like she’s doing me a favor? she’s doing her job, barely. not sure her name but please this is not the DMV. don’t act like you run the place.

Wish I could give it zero stars
Nasty employees, bring your own pens because they don’t have pens or tape. Miserable staff. I’ll never ship from here again. It’s no wonder the government is always bailing them out. I’ll take my business to the UPS store.

Horrible wait time here. I had to come back three times to get my package. After every time they told me to come back they didnt have my package. I hear the people behind the desk messing up customers order making us all wait on the line and there only being one person working.
