  For a shipping important documents, i visited to The ups store, hicksville. I got best services, i appreciate it, by services of Mr Praveen n mgr Sohil, must visit this location, neat n clean.

  Praveen is one of the best workers I’ve ever dealt with in any store . However, all of the workers within the store have always been effective and efficient at their work as well. While their story is not the closest to me, I make sure I go to that particular branch because they’re the quickest

  When I went to the Hicksville location; the staff wasn’t friendly at all. They were in fact rude & displayed terrible customer service skills. I left and NEVER returned to that Hicksville NY location due to the lack of kindness & curtesy. I also told my family & friends NOT to go to that location. I almost went as far as getting my celebrity coworkers to broadcast live over the radio airwaves to boycott the Hicksville location! This Hicksville location should LEARN From the Plainview Location! There’s such a different quality with the FRIENDLY, caring knowledgeable staff over in the Plainview NY location!

  The other day, I had an exceptional experience at this UPS location, all thanks to Kate. She ensured that my return process was smooth and enjoyable. It’s evident that she’s highly knowledgeable and dedicated to her work. We desperately need more people like her! Although I don’t live in the area, I’ll definitely make a trip to this UPS store as long as Kate is there. Thank you, Kate!
