  This is a great UPS Store with friendly and helpful staff. Praveen was patient and made the whole process quick and easy while helping me. I also love how convenient this location is since they accept regular packages, Amazon Returns, and Happy Returns all in one place.

  I came to this UPS Store to drop off a package in an urgent manner and Praveen helped me out immensely by clearly explaining the options of packaging, whether my item will be insured, and any suggestions that the item will be safe and secure. I gladly took those suggestions and now can confidently walk away knowing my package will be on time thanks to Praveens help. Would reccomend going to this store

  Praveen was very patient and helpful with printing out my items. The color printer had some malfunctions, but Praveen spoke with me through out the entire waiting process. THANK YOU!

  Worst experience I have ever had at this UPS Store. The manager, Shohail, was extremely rude and unprofessional. My husband sent me an iPhone 17 as a birthday gift. The package was addressed to my husband, but we live at the same address. I explained the situation and showed both my ID and a photo of my husband's ID as proof. Despite this, Shohail refused to release the package. I understand that stores must follow policies, but his behavior was unacceptable. Instead of politely explaining the requirements, he threatened to call the police if I did not leave the store immediately. Many married couples and family members do not share the same last name, and this should not be treated as suspicious. I left feeling humiliated and disrespected. Very disappointing customer service and a terrible customer experience.
