I would advise not to go to this post office. This is my hometown post office & today I had the worst customer service experience there. The 2 counter people the Asian guy & Asian woman had an attitude there entire time. Even when I requested to speak to a supervisor I was told that it would not make a difference because I would get the same response. Very disappointed!! I’ve been coming here for years & never experienced such disrespect before. Get better customer service personnel.

Charlene provided great customer service and professionalism during one of the most difficult times our family has ever faced. After experiencing a devastating house fire that resulted in the loss of our home, she stepped in and helped us manage and organize our mail with care and attention. She maintained clear and consistent communication, following through on every commitment she made. Understanding the urgency of our situation especially the importance of receiving critical documents related to the disaster Charlene went above and beyond to ensure everything reached us in a timely manner. Her compassion, dedication, and willingness to exceed expectations truly made a difference for our family during a time of great stress. This has been the best experience we have ever had with USPS, and we are deeply grateful for Charlene’s efforts.

This guy deliberately scanned all my packages at a higher weight. Clearly is lazy and does not contribute to his job. I went here only because i was low on time and this was the closest location and this will be my first and last time coming here

I give this place a one I went to the post office three times the only guy that authorize or does the passport process first I scheduled for 2:45 PM because that’s the time I take out my kid from school when I got online he complained to his coworker that no more because he was helping another person His coworker so nice in Asian guy said no she’s in a list then he told his coworker to check if I have the right papers and I did because my father Daugther sent a consent letter. The D was scan the ID number was readable. His picture was readable. The only thing that was not readable was on the bottom organ donor then another excuse he says that one of the letter was rewritten and I say OK give me another paper. I fill it up really quick. He put a lot of excuse. That day I went to the town of Hempstead and they accepted. They said they only needed the ID number and expiration readable not his height. Not the color of the guys shown an ID I went there three times and three appointment. He said no this is upsetting because it wasted my time I think the supervisor she trained their employees went to say no don’t go here for passport. I learned my lesson.
