Terrible customer service, rude and unfriendly attitude from staff, the place is completely disorganized, everything poorly labeled. Stay away and go to UPS or FedEx, where they have the best customer service and actually run a business the way it should be.

It's convenient because it's local but it's often worth the time to drive to another post (yonkers, dobbs) if there's a line. How could it be so complicated to mail a package you've already wrapped and addressed? In HoH, each of the required questions comes with its own 30-second delay. Madness.
