I’m unclear why every time I come here it seems like no one here wants to do actual work. Or perhaps they need to hire more people. Ivette (at the copy and print desk) is incompetent at best. It took her 15minutes to come greet the four people on line. Her other coworker just looked at us and went about her business. She was rushing and dismissive the entire time trying to convince people to order less or take their business elsewhere. She then tried to convince me that they could not do something they absolutely could do (I’ve had it done here before). I also arrived before 2 and was told I could not get a same day order for three copies of a basic piece of paper. They would not treat people in a different neighborhood like this. Do better.

This is the worst staples in the world, the ladies at the register are so rude, and they take forever to help I was waiting 20 minutes for 6 balloons. They need to get rid of this location because it seems like they only ever have 3 people working

Serious customer service problem. They pick up the phone and leave off the hook, while youre waiting for them. They don't come back. Call again. SAme thing. I decided to go in person, and wasted my time as they said they don't accept UPS returns, which is absolutely not true. If they care to answer your phone calls to answer simple questions, ppl wouldn't waste their time coming here.

Came into the store to pickup school supplies that I ordered online for in store pickup and I was missing items. I didn’t want to check it in store because it was so busy and I was on my lunch break! That’s the only reason I knocked one star. Shaine turned the whole situation around and helped me very politely. She was patient and took the time to address my concerns. Please promote her. She was always with a smile and ready to find me the missing items. She deserves to be the manager there.
