  Zero stars , rudest most ignorant staff I've ever dealt with, young lady comes from the back with huge attitude and is beyond rude asking " Whats the problem here" and then gives me attitude about our UPS Shipping sticker , if she were one of my employees and talked to one of my customers she'd be fired on the spot....I understand people have bad days but be a professional and leave your problems at the door , I have 2 sick children that require constant hospital visits amongst a million other things going on and I never take out on my customers...I'll drive 25 minutes to William st. next time instead of going 2 minutes from my shop ...

  Save yourself the headache and take your printing business anywhere else. I am a local business owner who normally uses FedEx with zero issues, but I stopped by this UPS Store location around 1:00 PM because it was closer. That was a huge mistake. From the start, the staff, with the exception of Donnie, were incredibly rude, condescending, and acted like helping customers was a massive burden. They always are, even when I've used them to ship items. The print quality was an absolute disaster. -Digital Formatting Artifacts: They handed me prints with random pixelated gray blocks across the top. Despite my files being flattened and properly set up, they immediately blamed me, asking if the artwork was "made with AI" or transferred incorrectly. Which it wasn't and was created entirely by me. I even went into the file in the store to see if there was something hiding at the top... nothing. -Physical Hardware Defects: Even after attempting to fix it, the "final" prints still had horizontal banding lines and roller streaks from poorly maintained equipment. -Severe Color Shift: The background rendered with a heavy yellow/olive tint instead of my brand's neutral gray (the exact same master file prints perfectly elsewhere). To top it off, they forced me to pay for all of their own trial-and-error troubleshooting test prints. When I called after leaving to speak with the store manager about a refund for unusable materials, she refused, made up excuses, and snapped, "Great, sir, we have you on camera," before hanging up on me. Yeah, you do have me on camera, standing there for ten minutes waiting on your team while you try to troubleshoot your own shitty machine. Donnie is the only redeeming part of this store, but the rest of the staff and management make it clear they hate their jobs and have zero respect for customers or quality standards. They also have no idea what they're doing when it comes to printing. I will say they're great at scanning boxes and throwing them in the back room LOL. Avoid this location.

  I was recently in this store to do what one does in a UPS store. Shipping, returning. All the stuff. I went in thinking that I would just hand over boxes and pay for the service I needed. To my surprise I was greeted by one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered in a UPS store. I believe her name was Sydney. Dare I say one of the friendliest customer service reps I’ve ever encountered in any store. I’d give her and the store 11 stars if Google would let me, but sadly it does not. My recommendation is this… Even if you don’t have any business to do with UPS, swing by just to experience the awesomeness of world class customer service. Thanks to Sydney, this store is my favorite retail business in all of Hamburg.

  went in to drop off a couple packages for shipping. when I simply asked where I’d put them I was given a hard time and an attitude. I don’t understand why.

  I wasn’t sure of the best way to pack something, and since this UPS Store advertises Certified Packing Experts online, I headed over for help on 7/14 in the evening. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. I was met with sighs, groans, and obvious annoyance. Instead of helping me find an appropriately sized box, I was given one nearly twice the size I needed. The attitude was so poor I decided to just purchase and pay more to ship it then to have any further interaction. The store wasn’t busy, and I was polite and cheerful throughout the interaction, so the attitude was completely unnecessary. I left telling myself I won’t go back there again. I rarely write a negative reviews- pains me to do so. He was the taller thinner one working. Someone might want to tell him if your that miserable working at ups there are other jobs available where you don’t have to deal with the public.
