- JJJazzAug 19, 20261.0So about 2 or 3 weeks ago I went to mail in my car payment money apparently they didn’t seem to send that money in to right spot and check the address thoroughly because now I received a message about my car payment being late. Now I had to spend extra money because of the carelessness of this individual working there. He had curly hair and glasses. Not happy with his service and hopefully is gone next time I stop in

I called back around 3:30pm someone named Laurie answered and said she isn’t sure if the person ever scanned the package but she would look into it and call me back- we’ll get it is 5:52pm no call back and when I call back no one answers. Extremely frustrated.
