- DMDaniel MacchiarellaSep 1, 20261.0My son, my friend and I have all experienced this same issue at this post office: You sell something on eBay and affix the preprinted label. Go in to drop off the package and the person at the counter says- "just leave it there on the counter". Then days later I hear from the person I sent it to that they never received it. I grab the tracking from eBay and check it, and it says the item has never been shipped or even received by the post office. SO- somehow packages are regularly being removed from their counter. IF YOU DROP A PACKAGE OFF HERE - BE SURE TO HAVE IT SCANNED IN AND GET A RECEIVED RECEIPT!!!!

The lines can be long but the staff are all either super helpful, upbeat, or both which brightens my day. I wish I knew their names but there are two dudes that're always there and they truly kick ass. Thank you for your awesome customer service!

She's been told to hand them to me because I have called and complained. I am now going over this post office's head to complain because the postmaster, Connie, and the Saturday supervisor, Audrey, think it's okay. Both have actually argued with me as if I have no right to complain. Today, she hands me the small package but rolls the larger one end over end over end into the apartment. I had to move my toes out of the way so she didn't roll it over my toes. Yesterday, she gave me someone else's package. This woman needs to retire. It is obvious she doesn't want to do her job. But since she clings to a job she obviously hates the post office needs to take disciplinary steps towards her.
