  Scheduled delivery for an LG washing machine , then continued to get delayed for several days afterwards. Stay away from this delivery group. LG, SAMSUNG etc need to utilize different carriers, this one obviously is incapable based on reviews.

  I don't think I have been this frustrated about a company's incompetence. RXO was supposed to deliver a dishwasher and haul away an old one on Tuesday. For the haul away, I offered to disconnect my old dishwasher. I am not joking when I said when I came back up from my basement to continue with the disconnect, the guys were GONE. They just left my house even though I have said I wanted this gone today. I called back immediately and the delivery guys have marked the haul-away as complete! Fine - a few bad apples maybe. So I reschedule a pickup to Thursday (I literally have a dishwasher in the middle of my small kitchen, and a toddler running around, but fine, whatever). Thursday came, I haven't received any update. I called. I was then informed NO ONE WAS COMING TODAY. Even the rep on the phone said the notes on my account did confirm the pickup on Thursday. Fine, for a second time - let's reschedule to Friday. I even received an email AND text confirming pickup. Friday came. I have no updates. I called again, and I was promptly informed that the pick up is supposed to happen tomorrow, Saturday. The incompetence is baffling. Their offshore call center is completely useless. I spend an hour on each call just to be told they are sorry and they understand. I don't know how you can avoid this company because I did not engage RXO when I bought my dishwasher, but if you are selecting logistics vendor - please consider my experience.

  I have a TV to be delivered and installed. My Samsung TV arrived at RXO on Nov15th and its Dec 12th, my delivery was constantly pushed out on the day prior to delivery(4 times so far!!!). I took off from work half days thinking RXO will show up but to only receive a text that I need to reschedule. When you cant deliver, DO NOT accept orders!! $2000 television sitting in a warehouse in unknown conditions!! how is this business even functioning like this! utterly disappointed that I didn't get my TV installed for Thanksgiving, not sure if I will even get it before Christmas. I wish I can take this up legally. Order:7256749436

  I was supposed to have a tv delivered on 9/12. Day of, I get a notification I needed to choose a different delivery date. The first available date was October 1st. Not happy waiting 2 weeks, I called to see if they would deliver the tv without install, just drop it off and I’d set it up myself, no big deal. Was told that was not a possibility. Not surprising, the day before 10/1 I get a notification that I need to reschedule and the earliest date is 10/11. Almost another 2 weeks…called to see if I could just go pick it up since the warehouse is only 30 min from my house. Was basically told no, so I’m stuck waiting to see if it actually comes in the 11th. Doubtful it will. Very surprised Samsung would have a contract with this company.

  I have the same experience with Andrew who reviewed before. I have to deal with unrealizable company start and system for 4 days in a row about just delivery my products from LG. The staff who never call you on arrival but reported back that we weren’t home. The stall who called to schedule and set up but next day the system sent rescheduled calendar again when you tried to reach them nobody picked up and nobody knows about it except reschedule I don’t understand why big business keeps using this company when no service mind and bad in communication.
