- AAAntonellaJul 20, 20261.0This is going to come off as rude and I apologize but...I am constantly having issues with packages being delivered. This is at least the FIFTH time an "attempt" was made and package was returned to post office where I end up having to go pick it up again. Never had issues with deliveries before moving here. If it does not fit in mailbox, just leave packages inside the front door from now on, it's not that hard. There IS a "secure location" these could be left at, notice online says there isn't each time! Now I have to worry about things I order? FedEx and UPS at least have the courtesy to leave my packages where I need them to. This is so frustrating and a major inconvenience. I'm sorry but whoever is delivering is entirely inconsiderate.

Just told me nonsense and while I was trying to process info said to me, "have a good day" in a rude manner and hung up. If you like rude people named Joe hanging up on you without providing much help, this USPS the place to go!
