- OJorange juiceApr 8, 20215.0Came here a few minutes before closing to deliver a very important package that needed to be postmarked on that day. The fee was $2.85, but I only had about $1.80 on me. The nice lady still let me deliver the package. I'll be forever grateful for how they treated me that day.
- CCCamilleMay 23, 20181.0If i could give it a -0 minus zero i would.....the mail carrier in my area of kings point must think he goes unnoticed ..today in may 23, 2018 i have not seen him for days. the outgoing mail is still hanging onto my mailbox for 3 days ,he never picked it up or dropped off new mail. He just delivers when he feels like it . most saturdays i never get a delivery. I have called the local great neck office only to be ignored the phone rings endlessly. and when i called the 800-number after pushing all kinds of prompts the recording says there will be a 50 minute hold time.....my speaker phone is timing the hold and i'm sure they all go home before picking up the phone.....Is there anything anyone can do to correct this matter.
