- MWMark Winiarski5 days ago2.0I guess the employees are helpful, but I didn't get any help. Not their fault. Once again a company saves money by having the customer do the work. I had a Nordstrom return with a QR card. I'm pointed to a machine that reads the code, prints a label, won't give me a receipt because of some problem with the bar code. With a label comes a piece of paper that I'm supposed to put in the box. However, Nordstrom said to seal the box before taking it to Fedex. And then I put the box down a chute. Pretty soon there won't be any employees, just scanners and chutes and confusing instructions.

Mario is knowledgeable, friendly and works with you to make sure you have what you need- shipping needs of course but also for prints, creating signs or flyers - cannot say enough to go here for creating prints - if I need to copy, print or create anything I travel from Queens to this FedEx - parking is always available and Mario has skills and is genuinely friendly - even when busy - the true sign of good service - so yes 5 Stars !

Firstly, it’s only right to mention that every single employee at this location has been tremendously lovely and helpful throughout each of my visits. This really is such a standout crew. That said, today I had a BEHEMOTH of a shipping task. International, multiple large boxes yada yada whole shebang. What could’ve been a nightmare scenario, Mario made absolutely SEAMLESS. his calm and pleasant demeanor, his patience as we sorted through everything, his knowledge and resourcefulness throughout the process - he’s stellar and took what could have been a pain and made it into nothing short of a pleasure. Thank you again, Mario - you’re a rockstar! And thank you to the team here as a whole because genuinely y’all are awesome!
