  I HATE UPS. NEVER for ANY REASON upgrade your delivery. 2 days? Sure, it'll be on a truck in two days AND THEN SIT THERE THE NEXT FOUR. So they *could* have delivered it in two days but CHOSE NOT TO. THAT'S CALLED STEALING. But they'll make sure to mention "the delivering business was closed." ITS A RESIDENTIAL PACKAGE, you put it on the doorstep. It's a task that a one year old could manage. And then to HELL trying to get a hold of ANYONE HUMAN. [USE ONLY KIND LANGUAGE TO THE ROBOT, MEAT MAN] And there's no point to the call back when then the callback PUTS YOU ON HOLD.

  ​I am writing to share some feedback regarding a frustrating experience I had at your 175 Broad St location today while attempting to process a simple Amazon return. ​When I brought my boxed item to the counter, an employee named Donna informed me she could not accept the package because a small square was drawn on it, stating it resembled a hazard label. Wanting to comply, I went out to my car and carefully removed the surface layer of the cardboard where the square was drawn. ​When I returned to the counter, Donna again refused the package. She stated that because a piece of the box was now peeled off, it would get flagged in the system. I asked if we could simply place a piece of tape or paper over the small blemish, but she refused and insisted I had to purchase a brand-new box from the store. ​While I understand the need for shipping standards, the rigid and dismissive way this was handled felt unreasonable. I was left feeling pressured to either buy unnecessary supplies or drive 30 minutes out of my way to find a different box for a very minor cosmetic issue. Fortunately, another employee stepped in and offered a practical solution by suggesting I place the item in a poly mailer, which immediately resolved the problem. I hope you will review this interaction with your team so that future customers are offered helpful solutions rather than unnecessary hurdles. Attached is the receipt and the square piece in question that I removed from the box.
