- SZSebastian Espinosa Zuluaga2 days ago1.0This company does not respond to customer service. DO NOT BUY HERE. I bought a water dispenser at a TJ Maxx in New York. They offered me water dispensers for $35 and $45. I bought two of the $45 ones, but in the end, I received the $35 ones. I couldn’t get anyone to help me, and I eventually kept the $35 ones because I didn’t have time to go back and complain. But when I checked my statement, I saw that I was charged $53 for each one, which is not what I was supposed to be charged. I went to TJ Maxx, and they washed their hands of the situation and did not take responsibility, even though they allowed this brand to sell inside their store. After that, they have continued taking money from my card, and I still cannot get in contact with their customer service. Now I have to cancel an account I’ve had for years and open a new one, all because of this brand, before they continue taking more money from me. They have already taken almost $300 from me. DO NOT BUY HERE. IT IS TERRIBLE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT RESPOND.
