As to negative reviews you people don’t realize the amount of packages they receive for the tiny space that post office is. You should stop by early in the morning when they unload all the packages and see for yourself. Stop complaining if the package doesn’t get scanned right away, it’s not an automated process in the sorting facility. Yes USPS doesn’t deliver to private roads or maybe some remote streets. Don’t be a lazy a… and go pick it up.

Tammy and Tony are excellent and what they do, Their attention to detail and willingness to help the customer are above and beyond. I went to the post office to mail one piece of China to the Southwest part of the country in which I thought was gonna be a very difficult task Tammy and Tony made this experience very easy task. The location of the package to which I thought it was going to be crazy expensive, they Took the time to research it to be sent as cheap as possible and yet make sure that it got there in one piece. My friend who happens to be the postmaster in Elgin Texas asked me how I was able to get this task done and I stated two of the most knowledgeable people in the New York postal service. So hats off to you both for a job well done and I thank you

Only phone number available is 800 number with 1 1/2 hour wait time!!! Really and no local number to call post office directly! I'd give a minus 5 star rating if available.
