- MAMike A.Jun 1, 20262.0Absolutely no staff on call to help customers. Even at the peak of the day. The staff that is there is surly and rude mostly. They act like it’s a chore to be at work and make you feel like you’re a problem. They shrug at you, talk fast at you. They don’t like it off you ask any questions you’ve just ruined their day if they have to do anything but the bare minimum. I’d drive up the road to Sea Cliff and be treated much better. Plus your packages go out faster from Sea Cliff because they are smaller. This place is a disaster. No instructions on which envelopes to use for what mailing types like priority. Etc. I just wouldn’t bother and good luck finding a parking space. I asked for a fragile sticker and they just said we don’t have them. What if you need them to know something fragile is inside and to go easy on the package. I see them throwing them around into piles of packages making loud noises so they hit hard. I just wouldn’t bother go somewhere else.
