  So the two nasty workers at this location wouldn’t let me get my passport done because I didn’t bring my “passport card” in that day When I didn’t want to get a renewed card.. so I had to wait a whole week I went to the Stewart Ave location on my day off of work to get my passport done, and I brought my passport card this time - the ladies there told me I DIDNT EVEN NEED TO BRING IN MY PASSPORT CARD bc I wasn’t getting that one re done. So I just wasted an entire week and my time because the people at this garden city location are so incompetent. DO NOT GO TO THE GC MALL LOCATION!!

  Two postal employees were chatting with each other instead of assisting customers. They refused to provide service, causing unnecessary delays and wasting taxpayers’ money. The two employees were Black women, which I mention only to help identify the individuals involved. I respectfully request that this incident be investigated and that appropriate action be taken.

  If I were you, I’d avoid this place at all costs. The workers are extremely rude considering the straightforward, easy job they have. “Liberty” who works in the back, has an attitude problem for no reason. I wouldn’t trust her with your packages unless you want a face full of a sass and to be told to step back when you’re waiting on line and there’s already a 5 feet tall barrier between her and the customer. Miserable people.

  The workers are nice and there is a good selection of greeting cards, gift cards, and mailing supplies.

  Attached is a photo of a disrespectful worker!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. Worst post office to ever go to! The workers are rude and inconsiderate when there’s a long line and some of the workers are just hiding in the back. There is one Chinese male worker who predominantly deals with the passports at the front desk. I went in there, waited for 5 minutes before being confronted while he was doing absolutely nothing the entire time. I told him I needed to ship packages out and he said “you have to wait, the system isn’t scanning” so I said, “how long till it’s back up” and he responded with “i don’t know like i said you have to wait” with a nasty attitude. then he proceeded to take in other peoples packages while me and an older woman were waiting prior to them. When I said “why are you taking other people when you told us to wait” he responded with “because i can” and then i said that’s not right, disrespectful and rude he responded with “the other girl will help you.” While me and the older woman were waiting for the woman worker to help us, the male worker sent more passport people in front of us cutting the line and I said “excuse me, you have 3 people cutting in front of us and we’ve been waiting” and he responded with “because you keep running your mouth and talking.” I said “excuse me, what did you say” and he said “you heard what i said.” After 5 more minutes, the lady finally helped me out. WORST POST OFFICE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
