- IBIrina Berger6 days ago1.0I would put “0” if I could. Very unprofessional, unreliable and awful service. I ordered some products overnight and three days later they still did not deliver. Integrity is lacking, they state they deliver but in reality they never came. My video footage prove that. Never again!

Went in to pick up a package with my government-issued ID which matched the delivery address, physical door tag, phone number on the delivery ,and live tracking verified right on the official FedEx app. August 12 at 7pm A black female woman working the window refused to release it, demanded other documents and a bank statement and gave me pure attitude while refusing to do her job. She clearly didn't want to be there and treated basic customer service like a massive inconvenience. Thankfully, a male coworker stepped in, looked at my license and phone number for literally 30 seconds, and handed me my box immediately—proving the first agent was just making up roadblocks out of pure laziness. If you hate customer service, maybe don't work a customer-facing counter job. Completely unacceptable.
