- MWMilena WeinbergMar 30, 20261.0I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the employees at this location. Chui was extremely unprofessional and rude. My package was lost, and she insisted that I never sent it, which is completely inaccurate. But at the same time, she told me that I “left too quickly,” somehow she remembered that . When I asked for her full name, she refused to provide it. Her behavior showed lack of customer service skills and professionalism.This experience was unacceptable, and I hope appropriate action is taken to ensure better service in the future.
- HHHichamMar 23, 20261.0Chui, the Asian lady who works here, is awful. She will reject your mail because of the color of your tape - how ridiculous is that? No black tape is allowed according to her. Never had a USPS worker tell me that a certain color tape is not allowed. She definitely made that up and she is extremely rude.
