- TTThisSummerAug 14, 20261.0This is a location I really try to avoid whenever possible. I’ve been to this location at least ten times, and unfortunately, I haven’t had a good experience even once. The staff are not helpful and rarely provide useful guidance or assistance. Their tone and attitude often come across as unfriendly and unprofessional, and when you ask questions, they tend to give rushed, dismissive answers as if they don’t want to be there or simply don’t care about helping customers. Overall, the customer service at this location is very disappointing. I’m honestly not surprised that so many people choose UPS or FedEx over USPS when experiences like this keep happening. I really hope USPS management takes customer feedback seriously and makes meaningful improvements to the quality of service and staff training. Better customer service is essential if the organization wants to remain competitive and maintain customers’ trust in the long run.

My package was lost, and she insisted that I never sent it, which is completely inaccurate. But at the same time, she told me that I “left too quickly,” somehow she remembered that . When I asked for her full name, she refused to provide it. Her behavior showed lack of customer service skills and professionalism.This experience was unacceptable, and I hope appropriate action is taken to ensure better service in the future.
