- JJjose juanJul 28, 20261.0I’ve been coming to this USPS location for YEARS, and this is the first truly awful experience I’ve ever had. The clerk who helped me had one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever dealt with. From the moment I walked up to the counter, she was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was a burden. I was polite the entire time, but she responded with unnecessary attitude and made what should’ve been a simple visit frustrating. I’ve never seen this employee here before, and I sincerely hope this isn’t the level of customer service USPS plans to accept. One rude employee can ruin the reputation of an entire location that’s otherwise been good for years. If you expect basic respect and professionalism, be prepared you might not get it here.
- MImarcus ismehJul 28, 20261.0Disgusting customer service and clear bias. I went in to drop off a pre-paid return package with a valid label generated directly by the merchant. Instead of doing the absolute bare minimum simply scanning the barcode the clerk outright refused to take it, stating "we can't accept this" without any valid explanation or effort to check the system. The attitude was incredibly rude, dismissive, and felt deeply discriminatory. I was treated like a nuisance for simply asking them to do their job. Save yourself the frustration and take your packages to a different location where staff treat people with basic respect regardless of who they are.
