- DCDavid CookeApr 22, 20211.0Do NOT go to this location! I live 5 minutes away and refuse to visit this location anymore. Their customer service is beyond terrible. Rude staff that doesn't care to help you and they refused to give me a receipt for my prepaid packages. How am I supposed to trust you send my packages out without getting a receipt from you??? Also, they stack everyones packages OUTSIDE the store literally just sitting on the sidewalk. I mean anybody walking by could just take these packages. Even though I live close to this location I drive to the Little Neck location on Northern Blvd. That store is the best! Their staff is always friendly and helpful to all their customers. AND they give receipts! I didn't even have to ask, they make sure everyone leaves with a receipt and gave me some coupons to get me to come back as well.
