Oh yeah, and also could just go MIA and not be able to talk to a human customer service agent is also great. Had to research for 4 hours to find a way around it and finally got someone on the phone all to tell me I’m SOL. I would give it 0 stars if I could. FREEVILLE, WATERTOWN, NORTHWEST ROCHESTER, and SYRACUSE NY USPS are horrid. Never have dealt with such shitty service. The best is they don’t care. They don’t care that I have a near 1000$ it’s in that package. That’s fragile as well. Thanks usps! Will defiantly NOT use you again.
