- DBDiane BrombergAug 5, 20261.0Their service for IKEA order delivery was terrible. When the driver arrived they did not ring the door bell, text, email or leave a voicemail message. The driver marked delivery as “failed:not home” when I was home with two others specifically waiting for the delivery. The moment I saw the alert about failed delivery I immediately called IKEA, AIT and the driver, but all said they could not help me get the driver back due to some rigid series of rules and protocols. They said all items will be returned to store and they will redelivered whenever they have an available opening. Which is about 2 weeks away. Complete bullshit.

No driver showed. 4 PM came and I sat on the phone for 45 minutes with a rep that had to contact another woman internally who was able to contact drivers. After 5 times asking the lady to get a time estimate on his location, they could simply not ask the driver the question of where he was at. Bullshitted me for 45 minutes until I gave up. Tracking still says it’s being delivered yesterday. Absolute joke and waste of time. Now a television will sit in a 140 degree truck through the weekend until they decide to deliver it, on their time! Clownshow.
