- MSMark SaundersMay 7, 20262.0The woman at the front desk with the glasses and dark hair is very rude. I would like to say that it was just a bad day for her, but I had to go two separate times and she was rude both times. Have heard similar experiences from others :(
- MPMagg PieMar 6, 20262.0Came in an hour before work, I've never shipped a package before and I was trying to send one internationally to my boyfriend on a military base, went through the line a few times and the last time I had a question on how to write something in one of the boxes (everything else was filled out) the lady told me to go back of this big line another time despite it taking me less than 10 seconds to write it in and finish it and everything else was filled out and ready to ship but that didnt matter. So I left. As a veteran who has deployed and trying to ship out something to a soldier whose also about to im not satisfied at all.
