I am stunned by negative reviews. For decades I have been going to the Franklin Square post office and have found the clerks to be kind helpful friendly knowledgeable an all around great bunch of people. Sincerely , Mary Carr
- UJUmar JuttFeb 23, 20261.0The staff was very rude and the passport service was ridiculous. I went there with my baby and arrived only 15 minutes late. They made me wait for three hours and handled all the customers who had appointments after mine before finally seeing me at the end of the day. My baby is only 6 months old and is exclusively breastfed. There was no proper place for me to feed my baby, and they did not seem to care that my baby was crying and hungry. It felt like I was being punished just for being 15 minutes late. Very disappointing experience.

They never informed us that we needed this, all of the workers are clueless there. The manager Elvis is even more clueless than them all and not sure how he got his position. They really need to replace the entire staff there.

You can have your shipping number and confirmation that your package has arrived and they tell you it has to be sorted I'm not going to look for it. Lazy ugly and stinky. The man behind a glass still wearing a mask? That says enough right there. He should be fired and not working with the public.
